LDBS Pvt Ltd: Authorized distributor of TotalEnergies for the sale and refilling of LPG cylinders (12kg, 17kg, 21kg) in India.

Client: Individuals, professionals (hotels, restaurants, etc.), or businesses purchasing LPG services via LDBS Pvt Ltd.

LPG Cylinders: BIS-certified cylinders (Bureau of Indian Standards), branded under TotalEnergies and managed by LDBS Pvt Ltd.

2. Partnership Structure

Role of LDBS Pvt Ltd:

• Exclusive distribution of TotalEnergies cylinders in Pondicherry,Tamil Nadu.
• Management of orders, deliveries, and local customer service.
• Enforcement of TotalEnergies safety and quality standards.

Role of TotalEnergies:

• Supply of cylinders and regular technical inspections.
• Training and audits of LDBS Pvt Ltd teams.

3. Orders & Deliveries

Procedure:

• Clients place orders via LDBS Pvt Ltd (website, app, or dedicated call center).
• LDBS teams trained by TotalEnergies handle deliveries.

Service Areas: Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu only (delivery times vary by location).

4. Pricing & Billing

Transparency:

• Fixed prices for individuals.
• Negotiable rates for professionals (hotels/restaurants) under annual contracts.

6. Client Responsibilities

Prohibitions:

• No modifications to cylinders (TotalEnergies serial numbers and QR Codes must remain visible).
• No resale to third parties without written approval from LDBS Pvt Ltd.

7. Disclaimer

LDBS Pvt Ltd assumes legal responsibility for:

• Delivery delays.
• Billing errors.
• Complaint handling.

TotalEnergies assumes responsibility for:

• Technical defects in cylinders.
• Non-compliance with international standards.

8. Dispute Resolution

First Step: Mediation via LDBS Pvt Ltd customer service (response within 72 hours).

Legal Recourse: Competent courts in Pondicherry, as per Indian law and TotalEnergies-LDBS distribution agreements.
